Dhawal Kishor Ganatra, a 30 year old chartered accountant was a known glaucoma patient since childhood. He was a myopic which also required frequent visit to ophthalmologist. All his life was on glaucoma medication. But recently, his pressure would not get controlled by maximum medication. On 17th August, 2008. Anti-glaucoma surgery was done at Ojas Eye Hospital In Mumbai and now he doesn’t need to put any medication (drops in his eyes). Even sitting long hours in front of the computer is not a problem for him.
